Employer Outreach Coordinator
Primary Duties &Responsibilities
•Develop and maintain relationships and regular communications with employers to insure that recruiting system is in place to provide job opportunities for job seekers; •Represent the institution at meetings with job providers and stakeholders; •Review the general information and vacancies uploaded by the job providers on the Rwanga Foras portal and report to the Director of Projects accordingly; •Maintain the effectiveness of the project’s call center by responding to phone calls from both job seekers and job providers; •Guide, advice and support both job seekers and job providers on the portal whenever needed, and report to the Director of Project, if it’s required; •Out calls for assessments, filling questionnaires and evaluation forms for both job providers and job seekers on regular basis; •Responding to emails from both job providers and job seekers by clarifying their enquiries about the project’s relevant issues; •In coordination with the project’s IT System Manager, managing related tasks to Social Media activities; •Facilitate trainings to job seekers on employable skills, writing CVs, interview skills and how to register on Rwanga FORAS portal whenever required; •Handling the most complex customer complaints or enquiries by providing them with proper feedback; •Accomplishes Call Centre objectives by training, assigning, coaching, and counseling clients; •Preparing and circulating monthly reports to the Director of Projects of Rwanga Foundation or whenever deemed necessary outlining project outputs and achievements as well as planning.
•Assist the Head of Office in drafting letters and translation tasks if required; •Support the Head of Office in logistics issues related to project implementation and office management; •Attending the meetings upon the Head of Office Sulaimani directives for any official meetings, presenting and updating minutes of meetings. •Report to Head of Office on any issues related to Office safety and security; •Assist in Projects / Events planning and implementation.
•Bachelor’s Degree from any reputed University.
Experience •Minimum 3 years’ experience in NGO background in a Program/Project Management environment .
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
•Must be fluent in Kurdish, English and Arabic Languages •Word, Excel, E-mail, Internet, PowerPoint skills required •Understanding of local and international media •Good communication skills •Team worker •Handling well criticism
•Listing and understanding before making any decisions. •Dealing well in a calm way with any issues facing the department or Foundation •Honest, direct and respectful •Understands teams expectation
Reporting & Monitoring
•Provide M&E analysis & reports on a regular basis
Working conditions •Valid driving license with car required. •Flexible with working hours / weekend and outside the office. •Able to travel to other cities and abroad.
Physical requirements •Extensive travel to attend meetings, conventions, trainings, workshops, etc.
